I got this message the other day and it made my day… “Nov 2019 I was 300+lbs – At that time, I waited three hours in a line at Universal Studios to discover I was too fat to fit in their ride! During the incredibly awkward walk back through the line of hundreds of people, I was surprisingly not as embarrassed as I thought I would be, however, I felt motivated.
Today, I weigh 248 lbs with some more work to do for sure. Regardless, seeing the scale hit below 250 gave me the same feeling as I felt when I was walking away from that Universal ride. I need to thank you and Doc for all of your encouragement, support and dedication to your teachings.

People look at Gio and see a kid, thats super friendly, cleans his room, does his homework… And thats all true… I see a highly disciplined, intelligent young man, that is still a (kid) Yet, destroys adults. (fighting someone his own size and age would be ungodly unfair)…
