how damn cool is this!? Kylie original came to the dojo for self defense. During her first meet and greet with me she mentioned she had a HIGH BMI (this is a measurement that shows how much fat you have and it directly relates to your health)… anyways Kylie was worried about her health. And I said I got you! Fast forward to today she’s lost 75lbs.
- Kylie a did this by working out with Jack only 2 times a week! 1 day was geared towards martial arts and the other was fitness. (seriously that’s it)
- She’s Learning how to protect her self with practical Self Defense Moves!
- She’s making NEW friends in the dojo!
- She gets Eating what “she likes” with the help of Jack to make sure its matches her fitness goals.
